3M 9220 PG II Hose Kit Overview The 3M Polygun II Hose Kit (Part # 9220) contains the hose, elbow and swivel filter.  We recommend that if you have 16-20 3M PG II glue guns in use you should always keep one hose kit in stock for repairs. 3M 9220 PG II Hose Kit Repair Instructions  Disconnect electrical and compressed air service. Follow “Handle Disassembly Instructions,” page 11 in your 3M Polygun II Applicator Owner's Manual. Remove the main hose by unscrewing the elbow fitting from the air regulator. Cut the cable ties holding the power cord and hose assembly together. Remove the hose and reconnect the new hose using reverse procedure. Add new cable ties to the hose and power cord.
