Its yellow brass construction is capable of delivering a rich, complex tone with outstanding resonance and projection. Articulations are clear and easy, and the Merewether-style change-valve allows for liquid-smooth transitions between the F and Bb horn. Alessio Allegrini is solo horn of Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia and the Lucerne Festival Orchestra.
