Its unique design makes it especially light, slim, and travel-friendly. The slide is secured at the bottom with a velcro belt. On top lies the corpus of the trombone, separated from the slide by a very protective foam partition. The bell is positioned in the lid of the case with attachment supports and an elastic belt, making it easier to use on a daily basis. The standard case (fiberglass shell and nylon cover) is around 2.8 kg. You can upgrade to a carbon fiber shell or leather exterior.
