The only 100% pure copper biscuit cutters around (and handmade in the USA by me!). I use the thickest gauge my 1700-1800s tools can handle, which is 20oz copper sheet, with a 3/16" copper wire along the top for sturdiness and zero rusting. There's a single lap seam soldered with food-grade tin solder. Sizes are: 3" diameter, 2.9oz 4" diameter, 3.8oz Please note, I make these to order. I try to keep some on hand, but give me up to five weeks to build your biscuit cutters just in case I'm behind!
