Copper Baking Sheet - Half-Sheet

The half sheet copper cookie / baking sheet is built with thick copper. The sides are high, allowing for these to be used for more than just cookies!  Each sheet is hand-wiped with-tin using food-grade tin made in Iowa, and are therefore food safe, though using parchment paper will extend the tin’s life. Half Sheet dimensions: 18″ x 13″ x 1″ (the sides are 1″ high and hand-sanded) Please note the hand-wiped tin will not allow you to use these cookie sheets for broiling. Oven temperatures over 400F are not recommended. Hand-wash only. Avoid using metal utensils.
