Copper Baking Sheet - Quarter-Sheet

The quarter sheet copper cookie sheet is built with heavy copper. The sides are high, allowing for these to be used for more than just cookies. I wipe the sheet over a fire using food-grade tin made in Iowa, so these are food safe, though using parchment paper will extend the tin’s life. Quarter Sheet dimensions: 13″ x 9″ x 1″ (the sides are 1″ high and hand-sanded) Please note the hand-wiped tin will not allow you to use these cookie sheets for broiling. Oven temperatures over 400F are not recommended. Hand-wash only. Avoid using metal utensils.
