House of Ekam has always taken pride in bringing you closer to the Indian handicrafts, which are labor intensive and tell a tale of deep-rooted cultures and its people. This set of cushions from the ‘Gulshan’ collection is a depiction of that love translated through the hand-block printing technique.  For the design inspiration, we walked back to the Mughal motif of poppies which was first introduced in textiles by Bridgette Singh. We have redefined the same Mughal motifs with a modern touch that perfectly speaks to the tone of our brand. The flowers are beautifully complimented with binding design elements like pomegranate and stripes in the traditional shade of green.
