Aquamarine Dragonfly Brooch

This dazzling brooch celebrates the dragonfly, a symbol of transformation and growth. One of the most well-traveled of all insects is a type of dragonfly named the "globe skimmer:" these migratory dragonflies fly approximately 11,200 miles annually, crossing enormous swaths of land and sea. The wings of this dragonfly brooch are crafted of four pear-cut Aquamarines; its body is constructed of 11 soft pink Morganites, totalling 22.04 ct. The gemstones are ringed with 249 individual diamonds (1.35 ct.) on a setting of 18kt White Gold.This piece was designed, cut, and crafted by the world-renowned Groh+Ripp jewelers in Idar-Oberstein, Germany.
