Avant Comfort Catch Bundle

A complete kit for Avant's Comfort Catch system in either Plush (90 cm) or Compact (55 cm). Includes 2 Petzl OK Screw Lock Oval Carabiners, a Blue Ice Alpine Runner, and 2 Avant Comfort Catch LRS Absorbers.  The Comfort Catch absorber is a stiff rubber link that stretches under load, giving a ramped impact that is much more comfortable than the spike of dynamic rope absorption alone. The eyelets clip into locking carabiners while still leaving space for a limiter sling. Painstakingly optimized through many geometry and material revisions, these rubber absorbers add off-the-shelf convenience to your LRS absorber assembly by matching standard length PPE limiter slings. Avant tried a dozen engineering rubber grades, chose the best-performing for both stretch and dampening, and optimized the shape for a minimal package.
