Cross-Cultural Adaptability Inventory

Awareness of our cultural identities is the first step to being more effective cross-culturally amongst our peers. The Cross-Cultural Adaptability Inventory (CCAI) workshop is a powerful experience in helping participants identify personal areas of low cultural understanding. Participants will also identify individual strengths and weaknesses in four skill areas fundamental to effective cross-cultural communication.
