Boromir of Gondor's Boromir Sword is a broadsword originally forged by the the forgers of Minas Tirith. It first appeared in Lord of The Rings: Fellowship of The Ring when Elrond called for a meeting at Rivendell to discuss the fate of One Ring which was brought to attention by Gandalf after Bilbo's birthday party. Frodo presented himself as the ring bearer to destroy the ring in Mount Doom of Sauron. Boromir is one of the members of The Fellowship along with Aragorn, Gimli, Legolas,  Gandalf Mithrandir, Sam, Frodo, Pippin and Merry.
