Lots of bright citrus and intense tropical fruit notes intermingle with savory basil, a bit of thyme perhaps, rosemary, and the rest of that Simon and Garfunkel song. There's a push and pull here, never settling in a single direction on the palate. As interesting as ever, sure, but don't expect pizza or negroni from this release. It's a bit more normal.
