After 25 years of roasting exceptional coffee in Montana, Hunter Bay celebrated their anniversary by opening up a second roaster and coffee bar in Arvada, Colorado! They're pumped, so pumped that they whipped together an incredible organic medium roast, balanced and bold, with enough bold flavor to get you up that crag, that mountain, or maybe just that commute to the office.    Tasting Notes: * Aroma – Dried fruit with accents of spice and sugar. * Acidity – Modest acidity with candied fruit brightness. * Flavor – Dried apricot & black cherry with accents of cinnamon & semi-sweet chocolate. * Body – Rich and thick with extended full-bodied flavor.  * Aftertaste – Dried fruit, chocolate and burnt sugar. * Balance – Complex three-coffee balance of dried fruit, chocolate and caramelized sugar.
