This product is a beautiful blend of chilies and citrus. Great on everything from fish, chicken, vegetables to ramen and even your favorite cocktail. Ingredients: a blend of sea and flake salt, chilis, red pepper flake, cayenne, organic kaffir lime leaf, lemongrass, and ground orange peel. We are free of sugar, gluten, MSG, chemicals and anti-caking agents.  Natural clumping and color change may occur.
