Wheat Flour, Unbleached, White, High-Gluten

This is our top-grade, high protein, high-gluten, unbleached white flour for baking and provides a beautiful rise to the finished product - great for bread! This flour is made from a blend of Hard Red Spring Wheat refined by having the bran extracted.
