Pasture raised pork in bulk is a great way to stock your freezer for less. Price is $4.15/lb hanging weight for a whole and $4.65/lb for half hog (processing fees are additional and paid to the processor at pickup). Average hanging weight is 180-200lb but can vary from animal to animal. A whole hog will yield about 130-160lbs of take home. Your deposit will reserve your half/whole and we will invoice your remaining cost after we get the hanging weight. You will then pay the processor at pickup or over the phone if we pickup for you. The meat will be ready for pickup approximately 2-3 weeks after we contact you with the hang weight. You get to choose cuts, sausage, smoking and curing, etc.  Payment (remainder to us as well as processing) is due before we will release the meat for you to pick up.
