Class menu courses: Caesar salad, Gnocchi with creamy tomato sauce in bread bowl, Flourless chocolate cake Description: In this hands-on class, we'll be making our own dressing and pan frying the only croutons you'll ever want again on a salad.  For dinner we'll be forming a potato dough into little pillows of heaven and have them swimming in bread bowls filled with tomato sauce made with fresh tomatoes and basil. Top it off with a decadent flourless chocolate cake with thick ganache. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class. Customer Provided locations will include a $150 travel/setup fee.
