Drosera Adelae Common name: Lance-Leaved sundew Where they are from: Queensland, Australia Preferred temps: 50°-90°F Dormancy: None Light: Indoors under lights you'll need 8-12 hours of light. If on a windowsill, East-facing in the summer, South-facing in the winter. These can grow nicely on a windowsill and can enjoy the higher humidity of a terrarium. Outdoor growing is not recommended. Water: Sit in 1 inch of water using a plastic or fully sealed ceramic dish. Use distilled, reverse osmosis or rain water. Soil: General carnivorous plant soil mix will do. 1 part peat, 2 parts perlite, 1/2 part sand. Temperature Try to keep between 50°- 90° They can not tolerate less than 50° No dormancy Prefer higher humidity (around 70%) but we have grown them with no issue at 50% humidity. Notes: You can feed any indoor plants bloodworms or other insects.
