TERMS OF SERVICE: This Protection Plan (“Protection Plan”) is a Service Contract between you, (“You”; “Your”) the original purchaser and consumer, and ServeCo North America (“SCNA ”; “We”) located at: 19 Smiley Ingram Road Cartersville, GA 30121 (888) 236-3044.
