This is 2 layers of rectangular cut metal mesh forged together with plated crimps  into one halter top ,with 4 lengths of gold plated stainless steel chain with jump rings and lobster claws that attach around the neck with an extension, as well as in the lower back. The top layer is hand painted ...the bottom l
