Thrive³ (Thrive Cubed): Strength Training for the Next-Level Runner
This is for the runners who are ready to level up. Not the ones chasing burnouts or bouncing between trendy workouts. The ones who’ve built a foundation—and are ready to lift smarter, train harder, and thrive longer. Thrive³ is a 12-week, coach-designed strength program that builds on what you've already put in place. You’ll train three times per week using a progressive format that targets the strength runners actually need—with just enough edge to challenge you without derailing your running. What’s Included:• 3 workouts per week, broken down into: – Upper/Core Stability – Superset Strength – Full-Body Circuit Conditioning • 12-week progressive format that evolves every few weeks to keep you building—not burning out • Simple, effective programming delivered through VDOT (no fluff, no guesswork) • Warmups included to prime your body and keep your movement patterns clean Minimal Equipment Needed:Dumbbells, a bench or step, and a resistance band (optional).
