ContainsArtichoke leaf (Cynara scolymus), Dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale), Gentian root (Gentiana lutea), Angelica root (Angelica archangelica), Orange Peel (Citrus spp.), Peppermint herb (Mentha x piperita) Other IngredientsCertified Organic alcohol, distilled water Suggested Use15-30 drops (0.75-1.5 mL) in juice or water.  Take 10-15 minutes before meals.     Sprayer suggested use: 1-2 sprays on the tongue.  Take 10-15 minutes before meals.
