With this kit, you can extend the life of your nozzle and lower your overall operating costs. Replacing the nozzle with our repair kit is easy! Follow these steps: Unscrew the end cap on the nozzle using a screwdriver. Take out the existing components. Remove the O-Ring from the end cap. Replace it with the new O-Ring included in the repair kit. Use a screwdriver and needle nose pliers to remove and replace the inlet screen. Install the new seat (O-Ring side down). Push the new rubber boot into the grooves inside the housing. Insert the new top insert with the lip closest to the end cap. Place the new rotor into the nozzle. With the rotor laying against the side, screw on the end cap.
