Enso: Tranquility

This flawless circle may be found in all of Takashi Murakami's Ensõ paintings. It's made out of spray paint and depicts happiness, enlightenment, and elegance. This Ensõ is set on a background of flowers and skulls, a recurring motif for this Japanese artist. In Japanese, the word Ensõ denotes a circle. The Ensõ symbolizes the moment when the mind is free to create in zen Buddhism.
