This naturally processed coffee is bright, juicy, and elegant, with layers of sweet honey, zesty lemon, crisp green apple, and ripe raspberry, all rounded by delicate floral and rose tea notes. Its silky body and vibrant acidity reflect the meticulous work of the Cadefihuila cooperative in San Agustín, Huila, where extended fermentation and careful drying bring this coffee’s lively character to life.
