Introducing our newest addition to the Featured Collection, a remarkable SL 28 from Costa Rica's renowned West Valley. This coffee is the result of the dedication and innovation of the Delgado family, who operate the Cerro San Luis Micromill in Grecia. A family-run business, Cerro San Luis is managed by siblings Alexander and Magali Delgado, along with their spouses. Together, they have transformed their farms by focusing on quality and diversity, cultivating over 10 different coffee varieties, including this amazing SL 28. Nestled in the picturesque West Valley, the Delgado family's farms sit side by side, yet each plot is uniquely named to preserve the distinct characteristics of every lot. After harvesting, the cherries are brought directly to the family home, where they are processed using a range of methods, from washed to honey and natural processes.
