Sourced from the highlands of Idedo in Yirgacheffe, this natural process coffee is lightly roasted to highlight vibrant notes of toffee, fresh nectarine, and cooked coffee cherry, with a tangy malic acidity and a smooth mouthfeel. Grown at altitudes of 1900-2400 meters, the coffee is cultivated by Mrs. Tigest Wako, one of the few female landowners in the region. On her 7.6-hectare farm, she nurtures heirloom Ethiopian varieties using sustainable farming practices. The result is a distinctive cup brimming with complex fruit flavors and a long-lasting sweetness.
