Mexico MWP Decaf - Medium Roast Bourbon, Typica, Mundo Novo, Whole Beans

This decaf coffee is processed at Descamex in Mexico using a water, chemical-free method, where water is used to remove caffeine and other solubles. The caffeine-free solution, still rich in flavor compounds, is reintroduced to the coffee seeds for reabsorption before drying. Finally, it's roasted to a medium roast level at our facility to deliver a delicious combination of mild acidity, and fruity sweetness.
