Hypothermias Black Cherry Shaved Ice or Snow Cone Syrup Concentrate Fresh and fruity, Black Cherry flavor shaved ice or snow cone concentrate offers a sweetly authentic yet classic cherry taste. This syrup has a rich, sweet cherry taste that captures the essence of ripe black cherries; a sweet, bold cherry flavor profile with hints of tartness. Rich flavor with a cheerful aroma, reminiscent of black forest cake.  Combine with Strawberry or Cheesecake for a truly decadent experience. Mixing Directions - To make a gallon of syrup: combine four ounces of flavor concentrate (shake well) with five pounds of sugar, fill with water (approximately 1/2 gallon of water) to the gallon mark and stir well. Preservatives optional. Shelf life of concentrate (not ready to use syrup) is two to three years. Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight and heat.
