Lemon Lime Shaved Ice or Snow Cone Flavor Syrup Concentrate Perfect for those hot, summer days. This flavor syrup has a refreshingly tart and zesty citrus taste; combines the tartness of lemon with the slightly sweeter notes of lime. Combine with Pink Lemon Sour, Orange or Strawberry to relax on a sunny day or to be reminded of the sunshine on a rainy day. Mixing Directions - To make a gallon of syrup: combine four ounces of flavor concentrate (shake well) with five pounds of sugar, fill with water (approximately 1/2 gallon of water) to the gallon mark and stir well. Preservatives optional. Shelf life of concentrate (not ready to use syrup) is two to three years. Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight and heat.
