He endured a Roman beaten that was near death taking 39 stripes that guarantees our healing from sickness and diseases. Fourth, He endured the cross and became the curse for us without having one negative or evil thought. Jesus is the source of Life so the taste of death could only happen by yielding (laying down His life) to another created being. The fifth thing Jesus did was going down into the lower parts of the earth (hell) on our behalf, and paying the ultimate price for us so that we didn't have to.
