DIAMETER GUIDE Hoops are custom made to order and comes in your choice of diameter ranging from 24-38 inches. For new hoopers, a general guide for picking a hoops diameter right for you is to measure from your belly button to the floor in inches in the standing position (that number will give you the approximate diameter you should pick for your first hoop).
