These hoops will have deco tape that are pretty and shiny and they will also have grip tape on them which helps you nail those new tricks! All hoops are measured in outer diameter, made to order with love.DIAMETER GUIDEFor new hoopers, a general guide for picking a hoops diameter right for you is to measure from your belly button to the floor in inches in the standing position (that number will give you the approximate diameter you should pick for your first hoop).
