TUBING GUIDEThis hoop is available in 5/8" or 3/4" tubing, the 5/8th tubing is for more experienced hoopers because it is lighter/thinner and will rotate faster than the 3/4" tubing. If you are a beginner, add grip tape (separate listing) to help you nail those new tricks. DIAMETER GUIDEHoops are custom made to order and comes in your choice of diameter ranging from 20-40 inches. For new hoopers, a general guide for picking a hoops diameter right for you is to measure from your belly button to the floor in inches in the standing position (that number will give you the approximate diameter you should pick for your first hoop). If you have a small body type, go down a few inches in size and if you have a larger body type, go up a few inches in diameter when picking out your first
