Comes with clear tape protection layer, measured in outer diameter and have push button connections for easy travel!  DIAMETER GUIDEFor new hoopers, a general guide for picking a hoops diameter right for you is to measure from your belly button to the floor in inches in the standing position (that number will give you the approximate diameter you should pick for your first hoop). If you have a small body type, go down a few inches in size and if you have a larger body type, go up a few inches in diameter when picking out your first hoop.
