The original design for this hat—made with bobbles and other fun textured stitches—was made with a self-striping yarn, but you could absolutely make this a stash buster by just changing colors every time you change stitches. Or you can make it all in one color or use that self-striping yarn that’s in your stash. Don’t forget to save a little of whatever color you use to make a big pompom for the top! This hat is designed in one size, but it can be worn by a range of ages. It will be slouchier on a younger person and have less slouch for an adult.
