Epic! Archaeological Evidence for God’s Ancient People

Ted Wright, Instructor What can archaeology teach us about ancient Israel? Secular scholars and archaeologists are doubtful, if not outright skeptical of the Old Testament account of the nation. In this session, Ted Wright of Epic Archaeology will be presenting an archaeological overview of ancient Israel. The session will begin with the calling of Abraham in Mesopotamia. We will then follow Abraham to Haran, and into Canaan. We will continue through to Jacob, Joseph, and the sojourn into Egypt for over 400 years. Our primary focus will be on the archaeological evidence for the Exodus, and Conquest - the pivotal and formative events in Israel’s history. Finally we will look at some remarkable archaeological evidences for the book of Isaiah, where the Yeshua, the Messiah was predicted 700 years before He was born.
