Fermín Ibérico Sliced Bacon

Thinly sliced, lightly seasoned with salt, pepper and a drizzle of Spanish EVOO on a nice baguette, you can really enjoy the smokiness and delicate flavor as the fat melts not only in your mouth, but at room temperature!
