The Pancreatic Enzymes

This formula was designed for us with full strength Pancreatin, and is the strongest Pancreatin available on the market. It is designed to cover the major enzymes produced by the pancreas. These enzymes are essential to the digestion of food and the absorption of nutrients. During digestion, specific enzymes break down specific macronutrients: amylases convert carbohydrates to simple sugars (mono- and di-saccharides), proteases (also called proteolytic enzymes) convert proteins into peptides and free amino acids, and lipases break down fats into free fatty acids (monoglycerides) and glycerol. This is a non-animal based enzyme product.
