MS-TH-BK - Temperature and Humidity Sensor - Black Case
This sensor measures temperature using a DS-2438Z with an operating range of -40°C to +85°C. It is not calibrated, but empirical data proves it to be accurate within a few degrees of actual temperature. The sensing device is partially enclosed and mounted to the PCB, so the time to respond to temperature change will be relatively slow. The sensor should not be placed in direct sunlight, as the radiant heat will become trapped inside the enclosure and will cause higher readings. In addition to measuring temperature, the MS-TH also measures relative humidity using a Honeywell part, HIH-4000. The linearity from 0% - 100% humidity is ±3.5%. Accuracy with +5 Vcc is 2% over the full range at 25°C. The response time in slow-moving air is typically 30 seconds. The Vcc supply must be kept above 4VDC (5 VDC being optimal). When using a Link45 or Link12, the humidity measurements will be reported in the range of .8VDC (0% humidity) to 4.07VDC (100% humidity). When using the LinkTH, the readings w
