The Sugar Plum Pull-On Skirt is made of a deep purple, shimmery lace, and is secured with a black lycra waistband (made to match any black leotard!).This skirt drapes 8 inches in the front and 10 inches in the back, and is only available with an Adult XXS stretchy lycra waistband.
