At ICY Couture, we understand that sometimes you need your custom crystallized gifts sooner rather than later. While our standard production time is 2-3 weeks, we offer a Rush Service option that you can add to your cart to expedite your bespoke order. With Rush Service, your order will be put at the top of our production list, and we will work around the clock to get it completed as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that production time can vary depending on the time of year, details of your crystal design and demand for our services. Certain items require us to receive the actual item before we can start customization process. Please note that this service does not include shipping fees. If you require your item by a specific date, kindly let us know in the Order Notes section at checkout and select the Expedited Shipping option. We will do everything possible to make your custom item and ship it to you in time.
