Y2K Tomato Red Scrunchie Midi Dress

Vintage early 2000's tomato red midi dress. The super stretchy fabric a nice weight and has a really cool scrunched chevron pattern to it. Straps sit off the shoulder. Fully lined. It's in great overall condition. Fabric has some very light fading throughout.
