All versions are commercial grade, the difference is the layout of the components to ensure they fit your mower's deck configuration. This 'HD' model fits all Hustler VX4 decks.  It fits all 60" and larger Hustler VX decks. We are working on providing more information specific to certain mowers/decks.  Please email us with your mower's make, model, model number, and deck width so we can verify which model best fits your set up. This HD Chute Blocker model (this one) is for most mowers with 42" or larger decks.  36" and smaller decks probably need the Slim HD Chute Blocker model, which has a slightly smaller profile.
