The Bugle iHORN is made from a vintage brass Bugle. A regulation instrument of World War II era, just looking at it conjures up images of children playing war games and soldiers enduring the brutality of actual war. Hearing it, conjures up a calm, quiet foggy evening and the even more quieting sound of Taps. The Bugle Call is synonymous with the infantry. Even in the heat of the battle, on a cold night these brave men responded to the call of the horn, summoning the right. A bugle call is a short tune, originating as a military signal announcing scheduled and certain non-scheduled events on a military installation, battlefield, or ship. Historically, bugles, drums, and other loud musical instruments were used for clear communication in the noise and confusion of a battlefield. Bugle calls typically indicated the change in daily routines of camp.
