Ingenia Model S-KLT - Universal Box Welding Machine - For Fabricating Large Volume Small Load Carriers, Pallets, & Similar Products

INGENIA welding machines, model series S-KLT are robust special machines for welding large-volume small load carriers, pallets and similar products. The welding cycle is fully automatic. The most important welding parameters are programmed via manual input or via an alternative master computer.  The standard working width is 0.80 m or 1.20 m, the largest cutting area to be welded is 600 or 800 mm. The machines are suitable for processing all common thermoplastic materials. The control panel is located in a separate stand, which can be conveniently positioned on the side of the machine. The machines are controlled via an integrated PLC. Adjustable clamping pressure enables the clamping pressure to be adapted to the component geometry.
