Introduction EMEM Fibroblasts is a cell culture medium based on MEM Eagle (Eagle's Minimum Essential Medium) which was in turn developed from BME (Basal Medium Eagle). EMEM Fibroblasts is optimized specifically for the cultivation of fibroblasts. Composition EMEM Fibroblasts is based on EMEM supplemented with additional or higher amount of amino acids and vitamins and is thus optimized for improved growth of fibroblasts.
