Introduction Stable Glutamine 200 mM solution contains L-alanyl-L-glutamine dipeptide, an alternative to L-Glutamine, which is an essential amino acid required by all mammalian cells but is more unstable in cell culture solutions than other amino acids. The rate and extent of L-Glutamine degradation are related to storage temperature, age of the product and pH. Stable Glutamine has an increased stability that improves cell health.
