SHINKEN. Yellow Gel Eyeliner. Creamy long-lasting waterproof gel texture with excellent pigmentation and covering power. Formulated to give you enough working time and once dry, it doesn't move. Suitable for the eye area, water line and lips. Waterproof. How to apply? Using a liner or an angled brush apply a small amount to create an eyeliner look. You can also use this product to do a smokey eye. Apply product on your lid and blend with a synthetic blending brush. Do one eye a time so it doesn't dry before finishing blending. For best results set with an eyeshadow or pigment of your preference.  Did you know? Excellent for making makeup with cuts or cut crease, eyeliner, eye primer and faded. They can also be used as lipsticks. Contains 3 grams. The products have been filled by weight, not by volume.
