Water activated liners  Super pigmented water liners, create any liner you want with these colorful liners. Buy them individually or in a specially selected color bundles.  How to use: Open lid, add a small amount of water to lid, dip brush into water and then swirl the brush into the pigment and watch the color pay off. Make sure you don't use too much water because the product may result too watery and you would need more product for better color payoff. Try adding in small amounts to get a creamy consistency that way it will be more pigmented.  Did you know?  Our water liners are water activated, so they never dry out, just add a little bit of water and you have a brand new water liner. They are also skin oil resistant, but don’t require tons of scrubbing on the sensitive eye area to get off like our waterproof eyeliners because they are water based.  Warning: For external use only.
